Walmart/Sams Remodel Program
While at Koegel Associates, the current leadership of DC4 provided MEP design services as part of Walmart’s yearly remodel program for a multitude of their Walmart and Sam’s store locations. Designs included remodels and refreshes of A/C and make-up air systems, lighting, power, car service oil tank design with piping and pumps, compressed air modifications, refrigeration (walk-in and reach in cooler freezers and rack houses) system reconfiguration and exhaust systems. Cooking/Bakery and Food Vendor modifications were also made including air distribution and kitchen hoods/exhaust.
