DC4 provided full MEP engineering and construction administration services (operating as Koegel Associates) to relocate Texas Instrument’s DLP Lab from their Spring Valley location to their main campus in Dallas, TX. The design included custom chilled water air handling units, chilled water CRAC units, custom structural platforms and duct routing/suspension systems (due to the unique configuration of the building’s roof and interstitial pipe space), compressed air, vacuum and process gas systems, specific exhaust system design, clean room and lab specific HVAC designs, power and lighting with control systems.
