Lear Corp. Assembly/Production Facility
DC4 provided MEP design services for a brand new 300,000+ sq.ft. assembly plant for Lear corporation that included a large air-conditioned warehouse, locker room, parking lot, QC lab, large cafeteria/breakroom, restrooms and office/administration areas. Specific design included back-up generator systems with automatic transfer, fork-lift charging stations, single and multi-zone VAV HVAC systems, compressed air piping systems, process water loops, server room HVAC, and manual/automated racking and storage systems.
