AT&T Toll Building
Similar to the AT&T Taylor building, members of DC4 provided MEP design and construction administration services for a multitude of projects at the AT&T Toll Building in downtown Dallas, TX. These projects included open and partitioned office space designs and remodels, mission critical / data center space design. Specific systems included design and subsequent modifications to an entire chilled water plant, boiler systems, emergency generator systems, fuel-oil systems, water/fuel pumping systems, process gasses, ventilation and custom exhaust systems, wet cell and VRLA battery room hydrogen detection and purge systems, precision cooling systems for server rooms, custom air handling units (single and multi-zone, fan-wall), lighting/power systems and controls.
