AAFES Ft. Sam Houston PX Shopping Center
DC4 performed full MEP design and construction administration services in conjunction with Koegel Associates for a 210,000 sq.ft. retail facility consisting of a large big-box retail area, parking lot, strip mall, food court, warehouse and office/administration areas. The design for this facility was built around LEED certification. Retail/Vendor spaces in the mall and food court included Starbucks, Q’Doba, GNC, Freshens, Slim Chickens, Charley’s, Arby’s, Gamestop, a Pharmacy, a Dental Clinic, Nail/Spa/Beauty space, a Barber Shop, and other various retailers.
